A microservices-based implementation for a more scalable architecture at Asseco

Asseco required a replacement for its legacy ERP/CRM system to provide a more scalable architecture. We utilized Domain-Driven Design methods to deliver a microservices-based implementation of a highly customizable cloud-based CRM.
The Opportunity
Asseco required a replacement for its legacy ERP/CRM system to provide a more scalable architecture. The legacy system had reached breaking point and adding new features was difficult due to the complexity of the architecture. Asseco tasked Blocshop with developing a replacement to reduce their system complexity going forward.
The Approach
Blocshop utilized Domain-Driven Design methods to deliver a microservices-based implementation of a highly configurable and customizable multi-tenant cloud-based CRM. Agile delivery methods were used to complement the delivery, which was the best-in-class digital architecture. In technology terms, the Front End was delivered in Angular with the microservices layer written in .NET Core and deployed via Docker and Kubernetes to Azure.
